We just installed this product It worked for about 5 min and then began flashing error codes I have attempted to contact Electrolux on a few occasions and received no response

My first Electrolux dual cooktop lasted only 10 years using it for only 6 months each year It died and my repairman replaced a board which lasted about 2 weeks We purchased a new cooktop with another Electrolux cooktop which fit the original cutout It arrived in a badly damaged box The day after it was installed I tried to use it but after heating 3 burners it blew out Electrolux sent a replacement When the installation team opened it to install it the top was broken Another replacement is to arrive and be installed next month After 2 months without a cooktop Im hoping for a successful outcome
