Broke within a year no out-of-warranty repair

I bought this headset a few years ago and after a year the left earbud stopped working I had it repaired out of warranty at cost in 2022 and the new set broke just a year later Now in July 2023 I am told they no longer repair out of warranty headsets and to contact Best Buy to see if they can fix it Very poor quality for an expensive product Ive owned several LG headsets until now and this is by far the most expensive and worst made one Ill be looking for a new brand

I like the fact the cooktop heats very well and I usually use the lower settings on the knobs The biggest negative is how heavy and large the grates are The grates stand about two inches above the base and are very heavy to lift off to clean the base Two grates and each one is 18 pounds For older people this is a negative factor For this reason I would not recommend this cooktop
