Unfortunately for me and my discussions with Customer Services this is my fault that the black stainless steel is missing So now I have a large metal paperweight I would not recommend this cooktop and after spending over 14k on samsung appliances in May im appalled if i could uninstall the rest i would This is the 3rd revision of my review
