i bought this in August and we just finished our kitchen the chimney that came with it was too short so we ordered the extension that was approx 250 plus 25 shipping and were told it would arrive the following Tuesday Our contractor made it fit in the next hour so we cancelled the order the same day just an hour later and were told it wouldnt ship as we cancelled in time on Sunday morning we woke up to it sitting on our front porch and we were charged 158 to ship it back what a ripoff I just spent 17000 on all Kitchenaid appliances and their support line refused to give us a 25 shipping tag to send it back and said wed have to eat the shipping both ways when we asked to speak to a supervisor they pretended we had a bad connection on the phone and said they all of a sudden couldnt hear us anymore we called multiple times and no one would let us speak with a supervisor and were rude on the phone to us

Bought this for another house but made it work in this one Love the canopy style but a little difficult to install in a home if you are remodeling

Lower front corners are a serious cut hazard.

This canopy hood was included in a new home I bought from Pulte Homes in Georgetown Texas The main complaint I have is that the lower front corners are very sharp and create a serious cut hazard The Hood does not seem to vent well even at the high speed setting The lights are very bright and light up the range below very well
