Caught fire with less than a year use

I bought it in July 2019 because of delays on kitchen remodel did not plug in till October 4 2019 October 3 2020 was heating sweet potatoe cubes in Tupperware dish lid off for 45 seconds it caught fire I thank God that myself and sister were home and were able to get it out and unplug So far no help from seller or FrigidaireThe whole kitchen was equipped with Frigidaire I am very dissatisfied

Second one and still issues

This is the second Frigidaire Pro microwave I have owned The magneto on the first one caught on fire after only 25 years I replaced it with this one in order to keep the set the same range oven range hood etc The lamp assembly on the new one blew out after only 2 months Three of the four lamps on my range hood are also out after only 3 years of use Im not very happy with the Frigidaire Pro line Range hood lights keep going out and this is my second microwave and already issues Frustrating

Cooks well, but this is my second one and the light is already broken.

This is the second Frigidaire Pro microwave I have owned The first one caught on fire and shot a fireball inside the microwave broken magneto after 25 years This second one does cook properly but the light went out after 2 months It is still under warranty so we have a repairman coming today to fix the light fixture Hopefully this one will last a lot longer than 25 years

Bought a new house 2 yrs ago with this Fridgidaire Professional 22 Cu Ft builtIn microwave installed Today it sparked and is making a scary sound Afraid to use it now I called customer service and unfortunately they only give 1 yr limited warranty No choice but to buy a new one because service is expensive Will NOT buy this brand anymore

We bought a new home paid to upgrade to Frigidaire Professional series appliances They are horrible The microwave alone was over 1500 and has gone out twice with door switch and fuse issues Now its 1 12 months past our year and they wont take care of as its gone out again The oven isnt any better Who doesnt use digital temperature gauges And it takes FOR EVER to preheat SMH
