Broke After 1 Month

We completed a full home remodel and purchase 7 GE appliances This microwave was one of them After the first month of use the control panel continues to have error messages and has a loud beeping sound at least 7 or 8 times each month When we cook something it makes a loud rattling sound After 3 appointments the technician said the control board needs to be replaced but the housing is also loose He recommended to GE for a full replacement of unit After 6 months of waiting for GE and at least 30 emails the unit is still not available Not very happy
