The microwave works fine but It has missing parts Above the door the grills are missing so theres big holes that my hand goes inside Us the button decal is lifting and I only had it for 13 days This was installed professionally In 2 days a service rep is coming over to inspect the microwave I expect a new replacement

So after receiving the microwave I noticed its kinda hard to push the buttons It takes a good amount of pressure to get them to engage In my opinion too much I dont understand why its set so hard It could literally be touch sensitive I dont expect that but I dont see the reason to be so heavy handed 2nd the door seems how do I put this cheap It is just so light this could be a good thing we shall see I dont like how easy it is to slam the microwave If you close the door by letting go It is really hard to not seemingly slam it Even when you close it with your hand on it the entire time if you dont hold back it makes a considerable noise Hopefully all these things will not make the microwave have a short lifespan I can live with these things as long as the microwave lasts As I said before we shall see
