We have been using this microwave for about 23 weeks now and we love it To start with it is huge The exhaust fan works great it has 4 speeds The sensor heat is a great feature I did not expect to use the softenmelt feature a lot but we do it works great It is very quiet The interior is very easy to keep clean On top of all of that is looks great as well

We have had this now for about 2 weeks This thing is huge on the inside Great features including the buttons for soften reheat and sensor cooking The exhaust fan works good as well It is very quiet but plays a little tune to let you know when it is done Aside from all that it looks great as well We love the black stainless

I just had this installed yesterday and took a soft cloth to wile the key pad and nowthere are scratces all over the keypad When the light hit is right it looks awful I know it came with protective plastic but thought we had peeled that away It appears the keypad has a thin layer of plastic on it yet and is all scratched Other than that it works great
