Looks like an oven works like an oven Takes way too long to heat up unless you start it on BROIL first Cant figure out how to make the timer work It looks decent

Its only been two weeks since installation but so far the oven is working as it should That said installation was a nightmare and the Frigidaire Fit Promise turned out to be a meaningless marketing phrase Specific items 1 The power hookup for our old Kenmore oven was at the top for the Frigidaire its at the bottom meaning we had to get an electrician in 2 There was a panel at the back of the cavity the oven goes into which made the depth a quarter inch less than required This meant that I at 81 years old had to cut out this panel 3 When the installation was complete there was a 38 inch gap at the top between the oven and the cabinet which it was left to me to close with an oak molding Though items 2 and 3 arent huge deals of course the electrician was hard to find and cost extra And none of it is in keeping with a Fit Promise The oven itself is working the way it should and looks nice An irritant is the fan which blows outward from the top of both ovens and more strongly from the top unit both because of the noise and the airflow The latter is strong enough to cause the pots hanging on our potrack to move and jangle Again hardly a huge deal but worth being aware of

I bought this almost a year ago Had to wait for its arrival for six months then the install But it was all worth the wait

We needed a black 27 builtin double oven to replace a Whirlpool double oven This was the best available replacement at the best price
