Upset!!!

We bought this on1216 My contractor was installing on 1222 and we he got an error message I called Home Depot and was transferred to Electolux to schedule a technician I was told a Mr Gees Appliance would be here on Monday I called Mr Gees on 1224 and he said he does not service my area He told me I should call Frigidaire which I did but you are closed for the holidays Okay so I waited till today Monday 1227 You are still closed It does not say what your closing is on your website Needless to say I am not happy with the Frigidaire service

I am very very pleased with my Frigidaire Double Wall Ovens They not only function well but they are attractive and fit the space from my old ovens perfectly I purchased them from Lowes and they were installed by Lowes contractors They also removed and disposed of my old ovens and left me with no mess

Its a beautiful double oven When it was installed the front had to be taken off and found a wire was not connected causing the panel not to work This part fixed Now waiting for part to come in because the heating elements do not work Id like to revisit my review once the oven actually works
