unreliable oven

I bought this oven and immediately found the temperature would not stay at the temperature set Bosch authorized repairs twice Problem never resolvedunusablethe inability to regulate heat and heat not evenly distributedWhen baking part of the item is burned part is undercooked This was a lemon and the warranty ran out before I realized how bad it was Would not trust a Bosch oven again Also customer service is extremely hard to get through tolong wait times and promised call backs dont happen

works well but the owners manual is rather limited no explanation as to how the self cleaning works on this oven no setting on the dial for it also i do not care for the jet of air out the front while baking

the oven works very well but there are a few areas that I find troublesome The fact that the self cleaning only exists for the sides of the oven presents a need for manuel cleaning It is not a self cleaning oven The broiler set up also is probleatic as no broiling shelf is provided The broiler pan is to deep and an additional broiling rack is neede for proper broiling I love the fact that dials are used rather than all electronics The limited electronics I find to be a bit confusing
