Its very nice to look at I initially was concerned that the fan would stay on up to 90 minutes of shutting off the stove I am still learning but am enjoying my gas range stove

As you can surmise by my review title Ive named my stove I adore itSo grateful my husband chose the best he could find It is fantastic and I couldnt be hsppier

I love this gas range This replaced my Bertazzoni gas range which was bare bones and hard to light the oven Frigidaire range has more burners and they are more flexible One thing Manual could have been better We had to learn ourselves by trial and error how to work everything

Very disappointed with customer service and performance We purchased this Gas Range but have had significant problems getting it to Temperature It was consistently running 3050 degrees cooler than the set temperature Had to set it to 500 just to get it to 450 degrees where it stayed only temporarily and then fall to 420 degrees Broiler never got hotter than 360 degrees Service came out and ordered a couple of new parts 10 days later they installed the parts and said it was fixed However problem continued The service team said that the average difference in temp is only 20 degrees and so it is within tolerance I watched the whole test and the temp would at best get to within 20 degrees but never stayed there The average was far worse than 20 degrees That said they told me to call corporate if I wanted further assistance I did and I was pleasantly surprised that the woman told me the unit was identified to be replaced based on the service call results and that it would just take 710 days to process the replacement After 3 weeks of not hearing anything I called again and another woman told me the unit is not slated to be replaced She couldntwouldnt tell me why it wasnt being replaced but only agreed to send another service rep out For 5400 I would expect better customer service and expect Frigidaire to stand by its product Also telling me it was identified for replacement and then cancelling the replacement without even notifying me was poor form I went with Frigidaire because I thought it was a reputable brand Will think twice when replacing my other appliances
