We are committed to making the health and well-being of our customers, families and staff our top priority! We have many ways that you can shop with us and we are happy to accommodate whichever way works best for you.

Based on new guidelines issued by the City of Charlotte and Mecklenburg County, Queen City Audio Video & Appliances has instructed our stores to require masks for all customers in all of our location. If you do not have a mask, and would like one, a sales associate can provide you with a disposable mask upon arrival. If you do not feel comfortable coming into the store, we would be happy to assist you by phone or at QueenCityOnline.com via chat. Children under age 11 are not required to wear a mask per the executive order, but we ask that families continue to practice a safe social distance of 6 feet from other shoppers and staff when possible. Please keep in mind this is subject to change per City and County orders. If you're feeling well and wish to come to our store, we'll be happy to greet you with a warm wave! You can be confident we are taking the necessary steps to keep you safe. We are following the safety recommendations from the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention with extra cleaning measures inside our store. This includes additional sanitizing of all high-traffic surfaces such as knobs, countertops, appliances, and restrooms. Our employees have been asked to wear makes if the customer they are working with is wearing one or guests them to do so. We also support our employees who chose for themselves to wear a mask.

Our staff has been instructed to stay home if they are feeling ill and we ask that you do the same to keep everyone safe.

Delivery

Our delivery team is taking the necessary sanitizing steps during and after each delivery. They are also asked to stay home if they are feeling unwell.

Your health and well being is important to us and we want you to know that not only will your products be delivered with care, but our delivery team will deliver them with the health of you and your family in mind.

As a way to help both our customers and our employees make the delivery process safe please inform our team if:

  • You or any member of your family traveled outside of the continental United States within the last two weeks.
  • You or any member of your household is currently experiencing any sickness, fever, cough, or shortness of breath.

We are also reminded to follow the current CDC recommendations of social distancing of more than 6 feet from delivery personnel. We are committed to making this a simple and safe process for all. If you prefer, we are happy to assist with alternative delivery options. Call 704-391-6000, option 3.

If you are currently scheduled for a delivery, there are no changes at this time for the schedule. If for any reason there is a change, we will contact you to reschedule.

Your safety at Queen City starts with us

  • Any employee not feeling well will be asked to stay at home to take care of themselves.
  • We have increased cleaning and sanitizing in high traffic areas.
  • We will greet you with a wave instead of a handshake.
  • We have hand sanitizer stations throughout our store.
  • Our delivery crew is equipped with hand sanitizer and will wipe down any handles, doors, etc. for you before they leave.
  • We ask that if anyone in your family is feeling unwell, please let us know and we will happily reschedule your delivery once everyone is feeling well. You will be given priority status when you are ready to reschedule.
