PRICE MATCH POLICY

Queen City is committed to providing competitive pricing to all customers. We must abide by all manufacturers' pricing guideline or will be at risk of violating our vendor agreements and losing the right to sell products. However, you will find that we are consistently at market or below market pricing (when allowed). To provide a level of security to our customers we have implemented a Price Match Guarantee. Queen City will price match any item within our local market that is new in box and in stock for immediate delivery. Customer will need to provide proof that all these requirements are met to receive price match. When we compare items and prices, we will take into consideration any additional fees including any delivery or installation charges. Used, scratch & dent and clearance pieces do not apply. Price Match inquiries must be made within 15 days of the initial purchase from Queen City.



RETURN POLICY

Returns and cancellations are subject to a restocking fee. All requests for returns and exchanges must be processed within 7 days of receiving. Merchandise must be in new condition, in original carton with UPC code and all packaging, accessories & manuals. Merchandise must be returned with the original sales receipt. Special Order Items, Ventilation, and Ventilation Parts cannot be returned or exchanged. All cash or check refunds are processed by the Queen City Audio Video & Appliances controller office and may take up to 21 days to receive by mail. Credit card refunds will be applied to the original credit card used for purchase. If this is a financed purchase, the customer acknowledges that it is pursuant and subject to terms and conditions of the buyer's Finance Agreement with the seller. Home Appliances, Electronics, Mattresses, and Furniture are non-refundable if merchandise has been opened or used.

I want to send out a most excellent shout-out about an employee I had recent dealings with . While searching for a washer and dryer I made contact via telephone with Product Specialist Emory Lewis from a Charlotte location store. Mr. Lewis, provided professional informative information on the products we were discussing. His knowledge of procedure, availability, and overall product information was in my opinion exceptional and is not a skill found often in most retail businesses. He was able to answer all my questions and truly made my purchase experience low stress, no pressure, and left me feeling I was a valued customer. More sales people should approach/deal with potential customers with the level of honesty, patience, and professionalism the Mr. Emory Lewis does. Because of his conduct I will in the future first check with Queen city before I go to the other larger retail stores.

Who knew getting a fridge during a pandemic would be an issue! I tried three big box stores to get my fridge but everyone had top mount fridges on back orders for months!! My mom suggested Queen City and I was able to go online, find the fridge I needed and have it delivered in less than a week! On top of that, they upgraded my fridge free of charge because the one I ordered was damaged! The delivery was prompt, quick and efficient! The delivery men were friendly! Everything about this purchase was wonderful! I will definitely be using them from now on!

The staff at Queen City went far above our expectations. The salesman worked with my wife literally all day through calls and emails to help us make the best decision and was always genuine and respectful. The delivery guys were the best I had ever dealt with. Our old fridge wouldn't fit out the door and these guys instead of just packing up and leaving spent an hour disassembling and removing doors to get the old out and new one in. We purchased a refrigerator three years ago (2017) from Queen City and couldn't have been more pleased with everyone from the salesperson to the delivery guys. Recently, when it came time to re-do our kitchen, we initially shopped around a bit, after a couple of disappointing visits to some other appliance places, we ventured back to Queen City for all of the kitchen appliances and yet again, were very pleased with our salesperson.
