I purchased a washer and dryer at the end of May never took possession of the machines and have tried ever since to get them redelivered With not a bit of satisfaction I have called written the President and called and written again and again Apparently you do not even know I do not have any machines You do not deserve any stars

This is the second time that I have chosen an LG dryer with steam features Im a health care worker and during the pandemic I would use the steam feature to clean my lab jacket This feature had been a life saver and time saver for me

We purchased this dryer along with the matching washer about a year ago and its been a great experience so far It does a thorough job of drying even the largest loads of towels or large bulky items such as blankets I havent had to use the steam feature yet because I havent had any problems with clothes being wrinkled after drying Hands down my favorite feature is the LG Thin Q mobile app where I can see how much time I have left until my load is done All of the appliances in my home are LG and I couldnt be happier with the look and performance of this brand

I bought this after my divorce and my ex took everything including the appliances I have 2 kids and needed something they called uber dryer I love the extra capacity size perfect for larger items like comforters and blankets there is a feature to keep clothes wrinkle free after drying is comple and a steam feature that works great for freshening up clothes or for dry cleaning onlyIts amazing and energy efficient I am so happy that i found the perfect unit for my family cant say enough about this unit if you have the room it is a great investment and the price was reasonable for all its amenities
