Disappointed

We are in a new home and this is the first washer I have purchased that wasnt done in a hurry to replace a nonworking one I had done my research so I was disappointed that less than 2 months of ownership and use I required a service call because it wouldnt drain This model does not have a drain screen that is user accessible In fact it doesnt have one at all Even the service tech was surprised at this new design It appears that when the drain pump is plugged with some thing it will require a service visit Not pleased with this So now I have to be extra careful what I put in the washer no really fuzzy items and double check all pockets

We replaced a 16yearold Electrolux front load washer with this one It has a larger capacity drum so we wash in one load what used to take us two loads We have used the normal cycle with the stain pretreat it works well but takes 62 minutes which is a lot longer than the old washer The quick wash works well but you have to limit the number of items you wash since there is no way to set the water level Overall we are very pleased with this new washing machine

This is our first washer and we absolutely love it Its huge quiet and efficient The controls are easy to understand and its quite sturdy

I have had the washer for about a month and love it It gets my clothes extremely clean It is a little loud on the final spin but the clothes come out almost completely dry so that does not bother me at all I leave the door cracked and dispenser open when not in use to prevent mold So far I love the washer and am very happy with my purchase
