In less than 4 years it stopped working Repair person 100 told me it could not be fixed I had to throw it away This after I had just replaced a 4 year old Kitchen Aid Microwave because it cost too much to repair also after 100 and prior to having a 2nd trip by the repair people I find two appliances I have to throw away the same week after 200 in repairs both less than 4 years old unacceptable Whirlpool seems to think that is normal good product performance They could not care less So my advice is buy the cheapest unit that works for you and put into extended warranties Buying a name brand at least the Whirlpool family of brands has no value whatsoever The value is in the warranty and how a company stands behind its products and Whirlpool seems not to be standing at all
