Very disappointed (front door failing in 4mo)

I bought this 4 months ago and the repair man has been here 3 times already for the front doors first it was making a noise like there was something going on with a spring now the door do not stay fully closed repair man came last week fixed it saying that we have to be easier on the doors so after a week the door will not stay fully closed I am very unhappy about this after spending 10000 on a refrigerator I would expect more than this recall or part replacement something

A new master control board was not available for my very old panel front KitchenAid sidebyside I replaced it with this beautiful french door model and skipped the expense of panel front it is beautiful just like it is When you open the doors you are wowed by the look of your food the Platinum interior and LED lighting are impressive On top of all of that it is sooo quiet and keeps my food produce and frozen items just perfectly

We had a complete kitchen renovation completed this summer I chose this fridge for two reasons to get more fridge space and to have a builtin counterdepth fridge Theres no question the quality of the fridge is outstanding The freezer has lots of space for our needs I find the interior fridge space challenging lots of drawer space but not so much shelf space because of lost depth You have to really be on top of what you have in the fridge to fit stuff in Also you have to open both doors COMPLETELY to get things out of the fridge Our cabinetmaker didnt account for this properly so the doors are hitting the frame of the gables that surround the fridge
