I cannot get the power on from the display panel There was a short power outage and my refrigerator would not stop beeping When I tried to fix this by panel the power registers off and according to the book the cooling system is off I cannot get it to turn back on I will lose everything in my refrigerator I do not understand why this will not turn the power on when I followed the directions It appears that the booklet I received with the refrigerator contradicts itself and now I have a refrigerator that will not cool I called the help line but because it Labor Day no one answered I tried the website but it only talks about products and is no help when problems like this ariseI am extremely disappointed and will probably loose all my food and have to pay for a service call when a simple conversation might have cleared this up or a troubleshooting guide that does not contradict itself about what to do or not do I am very frustrated

I received this fridge today and the freezer lights dont work After spending hours removing all of the tape and plastic pretty frustrating to see that it doesnt work correctly

We chose to buy a Frigidaire refrigerator because they are a well known trusted brand Unfortunately the fridge gallery including a matching stove quit working on us only 8 months after purchasing We were patient and understood things need to change hands in order to get the problem solved But after 2 technicians coming out several hours of frustrating conversations and hold time loss of groceries and irritable from eating pizza for 2 weeks and lukewarm water were done We need a replacement In fact I do not want this fridge in particular again or series but that was our decision We will honor that agreement But we in return expect what we were promised at the time of purchase More than happy to retract this review if helped quickly and seamlessly Thank you Please let us know

Started to give 3 stars but its been reliable Only problem I have had ice gets jambed in Despenser And filters are a bit high I think Shouldnt be over 999 each 6pk no more then 4999 But beside for that very nice unit
