This is a solid unit it keeps my food cold and has very little maintenance If you are looking for a bit smaller unit for an apartment or studio then this is the unit for you Oh it also comes with the option of an ice maker or not I dont use much ice so I opted for the unit without so I could have more space

Never buying GE again

My landlords purchased new for my apartment in June of 2019 2 years and 2 months later I had to defrost because the freezer stopped cooling The fridge worked for 6 months more and again stopped cooling I am sick of losing food money and time on this 1000 faulty appliance Product is heading for landfill and will not be purching another GE product ever Model # GPE12FGKCWW Do not waste your time folks try another brand
