What is your role at Queen City Audio Video & Appliances?

I am a Product Specialist here at Queen City Audio Video and Appliances at our Salisbury location.

What are you excited for in this role?

The enjoyment of helping out customers with their appliance purchase experience.

If you were going to buy new appliances for your home today, what would they be?

I have a GE Kitchen Package and Electrolux Washer and Dryer. GE makes very good quality appliances and my parents have always had the brand in their house. Electrolux was chosen for the washer and dryer because the brand is very reliable and quiet.

Tell us about one new interesting product or item you have seen come out this year that the customers HAVE to see.

The one new product is the Frigidaire 4 door French door refrigerator model, GRMC2273BF. The newly redesigned refrigerator is stunning.

Why should customers come see you at Queen City?

I have extensive knowledge of Appliances and Electronic info, and I am always happy to see every customer that walks in.

Dennis has been inducted into the AV Knights, 2022 group. In order to be "knighted" the Product Specialists were required to hit sales targets in the areas of TV's, Audio and A/V Equipment. In addition, they attended extensive electronics training put on by our manfacturers.

What’s your favorite TV and why?

LG Electronics are the ones I like best because of the color balance and stereo sound. The smart features and remote are much easier to navigate than the other brands.

How does being a part of the AV Knights benefit your customers?

They are being helped by a product specialist that gives them the ultimate service.

What is a new hot item/product you want to show someone when they come to see you at the showroom?

The Samsung NEO QLED series tv’s, and the GE French Door refrigerator PVD28BYNFS.
