Seeking a qualified delivery and installation specialist to join our team.
Responsibilities include delivering and installing major household appliances, televisions and furniture to customer’s homes as well as loading and unloading items into delivery trucks. This individual will gain knowledge in connecting water, electric and gas lines, checking for leaks, dismantling and reassembling appliances and instructing customers on how to operate appliances properly to provide excellent service and customer care. The Website and Digital Coordinator will carry out the majority of work related to Queen City’s website and play an integral role in the day-to-day execution of digital efforts.
Responsibilities include updating and maintaining the Queen City website, managing product feed and creating landing pages for advertising campaigns. This role also requires maintaining all e-commerce web functions with a goal to increase online conversions. Will perform image editing and other light graphic design work, collaborate with digital strategy and editorial teams to proactively suggest improvements and adjustments to the website and other digital materials. Serve as first-line quality control for all digital materials, proofing for typos, formatting issues, and other errors.
