Returns and cancellations are subject to a restocking fee. All requests for returns and exchanges must be processed within 7 days of receiving. Merchandise must be in new condition, in original carton with UPC code and all packaging, accessories & manuals. Merchandise must be returned with the original sales receipt. Special Order Items, Ventilation, and Ventilation Parts cannot be returned or exchanged. All cash or check refunds are processed by the Queen City Audio Video & Appliances controller office and may take up to 21 days to receive by mail. Credit card refunds will be applied to the original credit card used for purchase. If this is a financed purchase, the customer acknowledges that it is pursuant and subject to terms and conditions of the buyer's Finance Agreement with the seller. Home Appliances, Electronics, Mattresses, and Furniture are non-refundable if merchandise has been opened or used.
