Keypad went bad 2 times in an year and each time it takes 23 weeks to get the technician appointment to fix it End up buying another counter top microwave

Our microwave convection combo is an oven I couldnt live without While cooking for parties it allows me to use the oven when my conventional is in use

We are happy with everything about this appliance BUT the one feature we dont like is so bad its really bringing down our review If it werent for this Id probably give it 5 Stars There is no number pad on this Its a digital spin wheel to select the time you want your food to cook And it takes so long to maneuver It reminds me of an old rotary phone You have to spin the dial all the way around to find your number So you cant just pop something in there and quickly punch in 30 seconds and start You have to spin the wheel all the way from 1 to 30 And theres a separate wheel for the minutes Its a serious waste of time I know first world problems right But still to spend this much on something and then have to deal with this every time is a real let down The other feature were not thrilled with is the alert sound You cant hear it well and the fan keeps running after it goes off so if youre not paying attention its hard to tell if the cycle has ended it basically sounds as if the unit is still running The actual cooking part is fine but these user experiences are bad enough that I would not repurchase

We installed our builtin wall microwave just before Christmas It looks great and performs well The spinner for setting time is a little awkward I would prefer to just enter the time

The pull down door is easy to use and the menu is very intuitive There are plenty of cooking options to chose from to meet our needs I love that it gives us another oven to use
