Bad stuff first to many steps to set micro time and start Not crazy about knob minutes at 15 sec per click No temp setting for air fry Hot Beverage button set for to long gets to hot prefer 1200 wattsGood stuff well made big interior looks great time knob kind of fun to use does have air fryer and convection

One the one hand we do like our microwave but there are two negative aspects that Id like to mention and that make me rate it 3 stars only It arrived from the factory with a faulty damper installation After the very first try there was an error message damper stuck GE sent a technician which meant we couldnt use the new microwave for about a week until the service guy arrived After quite some time during which he had to take apart most of the microwave he found out that the damper had not been installed properly from the beginning No kudos to GE for that A clear disadvantage is that the timer for the microwave can only be set at 15seconds intervals I think a timing by single seconds would be much betterOther than that we like the microwave and its versatility

I love trying out the convection ovenair fryer feature It has worked well in the few times Ive tried it The microwave feature is less wattage than our previous GE microwave20 years old but still functions well
