I started a cottage industry baking sourdough bread after I became disabled Ive been baking bread for friends and family in the past but I now Im baking for many in my small town As anyone whos ever baked knows kneeding one or two loafs by hand is quite a workout Now I am baking 10 loafs a day and needed something to lighten my load I purchased a Bosch Universal mixer and I couldnt be happier This machine is a beast It kneeds 10 pounds of dough without straining I then started buying all the attachments for it and replaced many of my other appliances This machine does it all I highly recommend it
