The ice maker is not working after only 3 months Waiting on a tech now

The flap on the right French door that secures the cold in the refrigerator does not automatically retract all the time If we dont pay attention the flap slams into the left door when we try to close the right door Not a positive action No idea how to solve this I was disappointed that the water dispensed was not cold The smart as comment in the manual that said if I wanted cold water I should add ice didnt help much either Not as high a quality as I would have expected from an Electrolux product

Some kind of plasticseal on inside door coming off It is brand new so not sure why that is happening Also some scratches on upper righthand side of door
