Replacement cooktop

This cooktop replaced our brand new KitchenAid cooktop that turned itself on and also changed heat settings by itself The original cooktop did not have knobs which was so nice because it was easy to clean and the knobless look was beautiful The replacement cooktop is easy to use and looks nice but I would prefer not having to clean around the knobs I am disappointed that KitchenAid did not provide a fix for the problem for the knobless model
