    **PLEASE NOTE - Dome will be shipping with version 1 of the Ashtray Module, which does not include a dial on the face plate. Gozney will ship version 2 of the ashtray to all customers once this has completed production.


    Fuel Options

    Dome is available in two different fuel options.
    These fuel types are not interchangeable at a later date, please choose carefully.

  • Dual Fuel Propane - Enjoy the convenience of gas or the tradition of wood fired cooking with our dual fuel Dome. This variation is fuelled by LPG gas which allows the convenience of moving your oven around your garden.
  • Natural Gas - Similar to Dual Fuel Propane, you can use both gas and wood with this model. If you have a natural gas outlet, this option would work in your outdoor kitchen. 'Please note, the unit requires constant 7" W.C. min pressure to perform at the temperatures stated'

    Close the rope sealed door to turn your Dome into a bread baking oven. Using a bed of embers or adding a piece of charcoal if you choose, the Dome s unrivalled heat retention creates the ideal environment for baking bread, with enough floor space for multiple loaves.

    Multi-fuel

    We believe wood-fired cooking is best, for taste and experience. The Dual Fuel model offers you the convenience of a built-in gas burner, allowing you to easily switch between fuel types and reach 950(degree)F - all at the turn of a dial. Door sold as additional accessory.

    Pioneering accessories

    Roast

    Live fire, an open door with a less intense flame can achieve totally different results. Fire up the oven to maximum temperatures and then allow it to drop below 550 (degree)F , with the air vent at 50% and adding wood less frequently.

    Slow roast / smoke

    From slow roast pork butt with hickory smoke, to a shoulder of lamb with roasted vegetables. The possibilities are endless.
