New UNIT DOA

initial 800 call for fridge and freezer not cooling ran thru reset procedures with customer service but no improvement created service ticket but waited days thur to wed to get warranty technician to checkout the unit no refrigerant in unit technician changed out valve bodies leak checked pumped down unit refilled with refrigerant and departed stating to let them know if unit didnt cool unit didnt cool still running and setting at a nice warm 72 degrees technician expected to return today fri to attempt further repairs

Touchscreen becomes unresponsive

this problem seems to be across all models of the family hub mine went bad at 13 months the touchscreen does not respond to touch input after resetting or power cycling the screen it works for about a minute then will not register input this happened after tha latest software update samsung says youll have to pay to fix it if over a year since your purchase even though they oushed the software update that broke it
